Your task: |

|
As CRM consultant you perform the business process analysis on customer
|
|
|
|
location and consult him concerning the initiation of CRM processes or advise him regarding the optimization of the already existing processes.
|
|
 |
|
You support our customers in the development of CRM based solutions and
|
|
|
|
supervise the CRM application management (incl. monitoring and reporting).
|
|
Your profile: |
|
 |
|
A successfully completed university education in the area of commercial information technology, |
|
|
|
or a comparable training that supports you in identifying business economic coherences and mapping these in the system.
|
|
 |
|
Several years of professional experience in the area of CRM - systems,
|
|
|
|
preferably salesforce.com. |
|
 |
|
Branch knowledge in the area IT (software/hardware, tele-communication and
|
|
|
|
pharmacy are advantageous). |
|
 |
|
SYou are able to work in a team, resilient and are flexibly employable
|
|
|
|
throughout Germany and Europe. |
